13.1 ph58 is a gambling platform strictly intended for adults aged 21 and above. ph58 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age. If ph58 discovers that a person under 21 has registered an Account or provided personal data, that Account will be immediately closed, all data will be securely deleted, and the matter will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's underage gambling protocols.
