These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ph58 platform and all services offered therein. By accessing or using ph58, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.

You must be at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gambling under Philippine law. ph58 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Accounts found to be registered by underage players will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one ph58 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, collusion, or exploiting technical errors — will result in account termination.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC identity verification. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. ph58 reserves the right to delay or withhold payment pending security review, regulatory compliance obligations, or verification of wagering requirements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph58 login credentials. ph58 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials. You must notify ph58 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Fraud, money laundering, use of automated software or bots, collusion, match-fixing, exploitation of software bugs, and any activity designed to circumvent ph58's security systems are strictly prohibited. ph58 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and PAGCOR in the investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph58 ("ph58," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph58 platform at ph58.biz and all associated services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing ph58, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use this platform.
In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions shall apply:
References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Clause headings are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to "Philippines" or "Philippine law" include applicable statutes, regulations, circulars, and orders issued by PAGCOR, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), and other relevant government authorities.
2.1 By accessing the ph58 Platform, creating an Account, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any supplementary terms incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the ph58 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms published on the Platform.
2.2 ph58 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be notified to Players via email to their registered address or via a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the ph58 Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
2.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 To access real-money gaming services on ph58, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process, including a valid email address and a secure password.
3.2 You may hold only one Account on the ph58 Platform. ph58 employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified — whether linked by name, email, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or other identifiers — ph58 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. ph58 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 ph58 reserves the right to verify Account details at any time and to request supporting documentation, including government-issued identification (such as PhilSys ID, SSS ID, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of registered payment methods. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or participate in any gambling activity on ph58. This requirement is imposed by Philippine law. ph58 applies zero tolerance toward underage gambling and will permanently close any Account found to be held by a person under 21, with immediate forfeiture of all balances.
4.1 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is legally permitted; (c) you are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which ph58's services are prohibited by local law; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
4.2 ph58 operates with a primary focus on Filipino players accessing the Platform from the Philippines. Players accessing from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with applicable local laws. ph58 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
4.3 ph58 maintains an internal list of restricted territories and may prevent registration or access from those jurisdictions at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
5.1 ph58 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via approved payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Approved payment methods are subject to change without notice and are displayed in the Deposit section of the Platform.
5.2 The minimum deposit is ₱100. ph58 does not charge deposit processing fees on standard Philippine payment methods; however, certain payment providers may apply their own transaction fees independent of ph58.
5.3 All funds deposited into your ph58 Account must be from a payment method registered in your own name. ph58 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Deposits made from third-party payment methods will be returned and the relevant Account may be suspended.
5.4 ph58 maintains Player funds in accounts separate from ph58's operational funds in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Your Account Balance represents a claim against ph58 and is not held in trust.
5.5 ph58 reserves the right to apply anti-money laundering checks to deposits and to delay crediting of deposits pending satisfactory completion of such checks, without liability to the Player.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Players with a verified Account (KYC complete) subject to a minimum withdrawal amount of ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible; in other cases, ph58 will process to a verified payment method in the Player's name.
6.2 ph58 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: GCash and Maya — within 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank via InstaPay/PesoNet) — within 1 to 24 hours on business days. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; delays may occur due to payment processor downtime, public holidays, or regulatory requirements.
6.3 ph58 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) completion of a security or fraud review; or (d) fulfilment of regulatory obligations including anti-money laundering checks.
6.4 ph58 may impose withdrawal limits per transaction or per rolling period at its sole discretion. Current limits, if applicable, are displayed in the Withdrawal section of the Platform.
6.5 In the event of Account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by ph58 — any Real Money Balance remaining in a verified Account will be returned to the Player via the Player's last verified payment method, less any sums owed to ph58. Bonus Credits are non-refundable upon Account closure.
7.1 ph58 may from time to time offer Bonus Credits, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions") to Players. All Promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the Promotion in addition to these Terms.
7.2 Bonus Credits must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from Bonus Credits may be withdrawn as Real Money. The applicable Wagering Requirement, eligible games, time limits, and any minimum odds are specified in the relevant Promotion terms.
7.3 ph58 reserves the right to void Bonus Credits and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close an Account, where ph58 reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim Promotions more than once; wagering Bonus Credits on low-risk or near-certain outcomes to fulfil Wagering Requirements without genuine gameplay risk; systematic arbitrage or hedging strategies; or any activity that ph58 determines in its reasonable discretion to be contrary to the intent of a Promotion.
7.4 ph58 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without notice.
8.1 All games offered on the ph58 Platform are governed by the rules published within each game's information panel. In the event of any conflict between general Platform terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating solely to that game.
8.2 All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on ph58 use certified RNG technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical cards, dice, or wheels handled by real human dealers in professional studio environments. ph58 does not manipulate game outcomes.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to server disconnection, game freeze, or incorrect odds display — ph58 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. ph58 is not liable for any losses claimed to result from a technical malfunction.
8.4 Players must not engage in any conduct designed to gain an unfair advantage over ph58 or other players, including use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools in connection with gameplay. Accounts found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended and all associated balances forfeited.
9.1 Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities in connection with their use of the ph58 Platform:
9.2 Violation of any prohibition in Section 9.1 constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
10.1 All content on the ph58 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and design elements — is the property of ph58 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 ph58 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from ph58.
10.3 Game content made available on the Platform is licensed to ph58 by third-party Game Providers. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the respective Game Provider.
Nothing in these Terms limits ph58's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
11.1 The ph58 Platform and all games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, ph58 shall not be liable for: (a) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game; (b) loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill; (c) indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind; or (d) losses arising from a Player's gambling decisions, regardless of how those decisions were informed.
11.3 In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for consumer claims is restricted by law, ph58's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 ph58 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent or suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; regulatory requirement; or reasonable security concern.
12.2 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ph58 support. Upon closure, ph58 will process any remaining verified Real Money Balance to the Player's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC and compliance checks.
12.3 Where an Account is suspended or closed by ph58 due to a breach of these Terms, ph58 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance, including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Credits, without compensation.
12.4 Players who have applied a self-exclusion or cooling-off period through the Responsible Gaming section of their Account will have their Account access restricted for the duration elected. ph58 will use reasonable endeavours to prevent marketing communications to self-excluded players during the exclusion period.
13.1 ph58 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that assist Players in maintaining control of their gambling activity. The following tools are available within every ph58 Account:

13.3 ph58 strictly prohibits persons under 21 years of age from using the Platform. ph58 employs age verification measures at registration and prior to withdrawal processing. Players who knowingly allow a minor to access their Account will have their Account permanently closed.
14.1 ph58's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the ph58 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
14.2 ph58 collects and processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Player data is held securely, used only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, and is not sold to third parties.
14.3 ph58 shares Player data with Game Providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as necessary for the operation of the Platform and fulfilment of legal obligations. All such data sharing is conducted subject to appropriate data processing agreements and in accordance with applicable law.
14.4 Players may exercise their data rights — including access, correction, deletion, and portability — as described in the ph58 Privacy Policy.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and ph58 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ph58's internal complaints process by contacting the ph58 support team via the live chat function or email address published on the Platform.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within thirty (30) days of the complaint being submitted, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the competent courts of the Philippines, depending on the nature of the dispute.
15.4 Players in the Philippines who believe ph58 has acted in breach of PAGCOR regulations may lodge a formal complaint with PAGCOR directly.
16.1 ph58 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or prominent notice on the Platform with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory mandate.
16.2 Your continued use of the ph58 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version of these Terms, including the date of the last update, will at all times be available on this page.
